How much does it cost to have my gown cleaned? 
The cost is a flat fee of $300. This includes the gown being hand cleaned, pressed, stored and returned to you in either a box or a dress bag.

We are located in Kawana Island, central Sunshine Coast

Where do you collect and deliver from?
We service the Sunshine Coast Region for a delivery cost of $25 for both collection and drop off. We also have options to service outside of this area, please contact us for more details.
 
How long does it take to clean the gown? 
Turnaround time for gown cleaning is approximately two weeks. Time may vary depending on the gown and will be confirmed at time of booking. 

Are there any gowns which you can't clean? 
Most gowns are suitable for our cleaning procedures with the exception of silk. An assessment will be made on your gown at time of booking and if there are any concerns we will advise you at the time before proceeding.
